It is reported that this is the first case in Longyan court system.
Lin and youmou registered for marriage in 2009 and had a son and a daughter after marriage. Because youmou had a gambling hobby, the two sides often quarreled. On February 13 this year, Lin mousui sued the Qiling court of Yongding court for divorce. After accepting the case, the host judge felt that the relationship between the two sides had not really broken down and there was still room for recovery. He organized the two sides to mediate for many times, but it failed. Lin still insisted on divorce. In view of this, the host judge ruled that both parties were not allowed to divorce based on the idea that Harmony was the most important, and wrote Lin’s family motto before the legal provisions were noted at the end of the judgment, supplemented by sincere language for reasoning, persuade both sides to tolerate each other and maintain family harmony.
