According to the notice issued by the housing construction committee, non-household registration applicants who participate in the purchase of public rental housing in this city must be 18 years old and no more than 45 years old, and the family members who apply for no housing in this city, and in accordance with the housing purchase restriction policy, it is qualified to buy a house. The applicant’s work unit must be located in this city and registered in this city. The industry in which it is located meets the needs of Beijing’s industrial development and is not listed in the catalogue of industry prohibition and restriction. At least one family member of the applicant works in the project area or District 6.

In addition, in terms of the order of rent allocation, the first order of rent allocation for non-city household registration applicants is non-city household registration applicants who have worked in the project area for one year and registered in the project area; the second order is other eligible non-household registration applicants in this city. If a non-Beijing applicant has not applied for a residence permit in Beijing, he shall promise to complete the application within six months after he has checked in before he can choose a house.

The registration time is 9:00-17:00. The applicant can only select one project for registration. If two projects are registered, the rent allocation qualification will be canceled.
