Zhou Xinyi, Lu Ping, Lu Jiangnan, Xu Jianxin, Peng Jianming, Yang Guangxuan and other six cadres of songjiaqiao village in Ansha town split subsidy funds and set up “small Treasury” to grant subsidies. In 2014, Zhou Xinyi, then secretary of song Jiaqiao village branch, convened Peng Jianming, then Village director, Lu Ping, then cashier Lu Jiangnan and others to hold a meeting of two committees of village branch, split the crisis reform funds applied for by farmers such as Li Moumou in the village and the housing construction funds for the disabled for distribution to other farmers. From 2010 to 2013, four people, including Li Songyi, Wu Jiancheng, Tang Yomin and Li Zhufeng, violated the provisions of national laws and regulations, and defrauded the superior to start a business and enrich the people by means of false declaration materials. Li Songyi, Wu Jiancheng, Tang Yomin and Li Zhufeng were respectively given the punishment of being expelled from the party, and their suspected crimes have been transferred to the judicial organs for handling.
Chen Siyi and Li Guangqi, village cadres of Dahua village, Kaihui town, made false contract reimbursement. When Chen Siyi served as the secretary of the former Dahua village branch and Li Guangqi as the member of the two committees of the former Dahua village branch, he used the false “contract of highway pavement hardening project” for reimbursement of affiliated projects of nursing homes, cause adverse effects. Chen Siyi and Li Guangqi were given party warnings respectively.
